Subway

Very frustrated with my sub. Delivered by door dash. If I was watching this get made I would have left!!!

As soon as I got to the counter, the young lady had her attitude. There were three young ladies working there at the time. Alivia was visibly aggravated by having to do her job. Of course, I just figured she's been having a bad day but it will be the last time that I go to that subway bc the lettuce was brown, she piled my tomatoes on top of each other rather than side by side. So I had to take my sandwich apart, put it the right way. And no one wants to go somewhere where are their sandwich artist is in such desperate need of an attitude adjustment and educated and customer etiquette.

This is a top tier subway. Great service, clean, super friendly. Super cute cashier 🥰

My sandwich was a mess an I was so patient while they finished the mobile orders a turned the bread. To have 9 tomatoes on my sandwich an it over flowing a the protein I choose was not on 75% of my sandwich. I gave my respect for them to make a disaster out of my food. Even better it was a manager that made the food. Idk how to add photos or I would.

Ordered on the app. Said it was confirmed. Dasher arrived and was told they didnt have my order. They sent the dasher away even with screenshots of confirmation page and dashers proof. The worker could be heard telling the dasher she couldnt fill the order.then after the call ended with the dasher my order was cancelled. Maybe better training is needed? I run a fast food store in the area and we have always filled orders.
