Subway

Just what I needed after the long day I had. I didn't get the employee's name that took care of me, but I want to acknowledge how awesome she was! Took great care of me even though her shift was ending. She didn't complain that she had to wait on me. I don't see that much anymore, most of the time employees would complain or just out right ignore me. So kudos to her.

I used the app to order. I selected a pick up time which was 45 minutes away. The app said it was ready. When I got there I told the 2 girls working the front that I had a pick up order. They told me they had not even started my order. I was there 10 minutes after my pick up time due to my daughters soccer game taking longer. The reason they told me it was not ready is that didn't have time to make it. It was 55 minutes time frame they had. The girls gave me a nice eyeroll and told me they would get to it when they could. I told them okay but I want my tip back. They sighed at me with another dramatic eyeroll. I completely get that yes they could be busy but it does not take an hour and 15 minutes total to make a salad and 3 sandwiches. They forgot one of my kids cookies and all of the san

Took grand kids there. They loved it.

I online ordered extra bacon on my sandwich and was given none when I picked it up. 0/10 don't get subway here, they take your money.
