Order ahead on the app....you will be last. Watched 6 people enter the store and get subs while I waited. 15 min after ordering. Out of ham and can't read a ticket. Ordered extra meat and got the same as normal. 3 pepperoni slices.

Original trip- the Chicken Bacon Ranch. The wrong chicken was used and was grisly. Also ordered soup, they only filled the cup a third of the way up. Updated trip- Went to pardeeville subway today. Chicken Bacon wrap was good. But the sign said potato and bacon soup and it was chicken noodle.

Lady that took my order over the phone was nice. My husband went to pick it up and they gave him the wrong order and told him it was paid for. I sent him back with it and called back in to let them know. The lady I spoke with on that second call was very rude to me. First saying they were already remaking the order for the other person that they gave my husband, then saying they hadn’t gotten another order to which I told her I called it in and she said it’s on the back counter. She came across as very put out and upset when the mistake was theirs by giving my husband the wrong order and then when he told them he had to pay, which should have tipped them off, telling him it was already paid and telling him again to take it.
