I tried to order breakfast online after 9am (they were open). it wouldn’t allow me to order online. So I went in to order at 9:45 and the door was still locked. The guy came out after a few minutes and unlocked the door so I went in and explained I had a coupon for online but their system wasn’t working and asked if I could use the coupon in store. He told me I couldn’t. I am really annoyed especially because after I got home their online ordering was working. Bad service by the guy who was working.
Never have a issue with the food, but it's ignorant to not accept your own companies coupons and then blame it on management. I go out of my way to get a sandwich, go through the process of having it made just for you to have to waste a sandwhich and be mad at me about it. I refuse to pay full price when I can just go down the road to the downtown location and actually utilize my coupon.
I freaking love this place I go there all the time and the people are super nice. They pretty much have my order memorized at this point too.❤️❤️
Very clean store with fast service.
Who ever worked Tuesday January 13 7:33 pm 2026 need to leave just too dumb!
