Subway

My meal was around $17. I was with my 2 yo autistic son who I share subs with- he only likes to eat the flat bread, and I’ll eat the stuff inside. I usually take the entire serving of bread off for him to have, then get a salad container for mine. We do this at every single subway every time. I explain the situation and asked if I could please have a salad container. They rudely said “we can’t give you one. We account those for salad.” Then proceeded to say “if that’s what you wanted you should’ve ordered a salad”….. are you kidding? I was going to offer to pay for it but after that final comment I said never mind. I forgot to get my chips too and I was so irritated I didn’t feel like going back. Absolutely crazy work.

We ordered "The Philly Sub". What we got was about 7 shreds of meat 2 servings of mayonnaise, none of which tried to cover the 6"roll. Try harder Subway. This was $8.49. The quarter, is for scale and about what it is worth. We didn't find this abomination until we got home.

I DON'T LIKE THAT ONIONS DON'T FOLLOW FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOL TOLD ME FOOD IN CASE STAYS 24 HRS, FRANCHISE RULES. ONIONS SHOULD NOT BE CUT& OUT IN AIR AFTER 1 HR. ONIONS ABSORB BACTERIA IN AIR.IMPROPER HANDLING WHY PEOPLE FEEL SICK IN STOMACH OR FOOD POISONING.CHEFS AND MEDICAL ARTICLES SAY DANGERS IF OUT HOUR++, BACTERIA/POLLUTANTS ARE ABSORBED BY ONIONS. I ASKED HOW LONG ONIONS OUT, 2 INDIAN MALE EMPLOYEES ISSUES W UNDERSTANDING ??DON'T TRANSLATE OUR WORDS WELL OR SOMETHING BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS DON'T SEEM TO GET WHAT AMERICAN PPL ARE SAYING. I WAS ONLY TRYING TO EDUCATE ON ONIONS AND IT JUST SEEMED ESPECIALLY W THE EMPLOYEE ON AUNT ANNIE PRETZEL SIDE AND HE GOT ARGUMENTATIVE AND TRYING TO SAY IT DID NOT MATTER FOOD SAFETY ANYTHING OR FOOD INSPECTION LAWS EVER BECAUSE A FRANCHISE, I SAID JUS

Do not order from here at all they do not answer the phones the worst customer service. How is a customer to resolve an issue if you don't answer the phones!!!
