A well oiled machine. Even during a lunch rush when there are 15 people in line, they get people through fast! Staff is always very nice!
Worst experience, came in about a week ago two girls with. I asked if the bread warmer is open isn't the bread drying out? Little blonde replied what bread do you want Sir with a snide. I used to come here at least twice a month, I'm thinking never again!!! Seem to not care about customer or product...
This is the second time I ordered online. I ordered it at 5:15pm, pick up was at 5:45pm. I ordered 6” tuna sandwich and a 12” turkey italiano. Came in at 6pm, my order wasn’t ready. To top it off, as soon as I got my food and went back to work to eat my food. The turkey italiano only has turkey on it. My sandwich was wrong. Horrible pick up experience once again.
Old lady in the store yelled at me LOUDLY because I was reading my friends order on a post-it note to make sure I had everything correct. If you would’ve given me 3 seconds I would’ve been ready instead of screaming at me in front of everyone. Humiliating.
I didn't realize that the Subway was on NAS base and I do not have clearance to get on base. Manager was so helpful. He brought my food out to me outside the gate. TY Store #20094 Manager!
