I placed an online order spending over $80 for my family, I walk in to pick it up and get greated by a girl who clearly was in a bad mood and has an attitude, i tell her i have an online order for **** and she snaps back “ we don’t have an order for that name” i told her i placed it here and it says ready and she just insists they never had that order. i walk out to call my sister and 5 minutes later another family member of mine who had also placed an order walks in with my order! so not only did they have it, they gave it to someone else! thankfully someone i know but if it wasn’t? (we have completely different names there’s no misshap there) i’m just so disappointed with the employees behavior and their ability to make a sub! I have never been treated as terrible as a customer. On Friday night at around 8:30pm (they close at 10) I came to this location after a long trip with many issues causing it to be a stressful weekend. My friends and I wanted something quick because we had not eaten for the majority of the day and decided subway since our first choice was closed. We go inside and order, I went first. This girl comes out to make our subs (she had black hair and piercings) and I always greet people and say “hi how are you” and she ignores me. I proceed to give her my order. She gives me attitude on the size of the sub first. I don’t frequent subway so I don’t know the sizes. Couldn't find the sub i wanted on the drive thru machine, so I ordered at the drive-thru window. Sub makers weren't very pleasant because I had to ask for it. Sub wasnt as good as i thought it would be. Even with coupons, subway isn't the place to go. Thinking twice before going again.

Spent $35 on two sandwiches and some chips with drinks lol they were delicious but when did Subway start costing so much? Awesome service! Great staff!

The staff today were so friendly and courteous. I was greeted when I walked in, and was patiently asked for my choices.
