Subway

Ordered food online for pickup ahead of time and when we arrived at the restaurant they had not even started to prepare the order yet. We had two subs total so it’s not like it was a lot of food and they said they had a rush of people but they had two staff on. To me they showed absolutely no consideration for the customer or the “subway standard”. I will be telling others not to go here and hopefully the slower business will speed up their service times.

The food was as expected, but the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. 3 employees were working at the same time, possibly training the one making my sandwich. This was the longest I have ever waited for a sandwich that is on their menu. I noticed early on that the lettuce container was empty. So I asked the guys, who were just standing and watching this girl make my sandwich, if they had more lettuce, to which they both replied yes, but neither one went for it. Finally, the girl gets my meat and cheese prepped on my bread, it had to be warmed up, and then all I wanted was lettuce and onions (I was getting a club/melt), but the lettuce bin was of course empty. Place gets pretty busy during lunch due to the workers at ethan allen furniture. Some staff are clearly easily annoyed if you suddenly change your choice even though it was not yet placed on the sub

Couldn't get anything. They refused to take cash because I missed their artificial cutoff by 10 minutes, and that's what I wanted to use. Otherwise, my review would probably have been, "It's a Subway. Same as all the others. Edible, but nothing special. "

Tried to order dinner at 6pm on the app. Said was unavailable. Went to this subway doors were locked. Hand written sign said call number to place order. I was parked out front. Employee's refused to allow me to enter to place order. The open sign was lit. Hung up cell phone. Employee called me back to inform me that. They only take orders after dark for safety. Will no longer go to this subway. It you lock the door at 5 pm close your store.
