Team leader seemed to act snooty towards the younger guys making the customers sandwiches. The younger guys were doing their best to serve the people waiting and she just seemed to be barking orders while standing at the cash register and had no idea what customers even had on their sandwiches, you had to tell her what you had on it so she could ring it up. After ordering two 6 inch subs, we noticed hardly any meat on the sandwiches, mostly veggies and bread. Just not a good vibe here.

Ordered from the App and instructed them to cut foot long sandwich into three sections. They cut it into two sections and when I arrived I had to wait for them to serve another person before they would hand me my already made and packaged sandwich. Last time I ordered they put the sandwich on a shelf at the end of the counter and when I walked in they told me to just grab it and go. This time I had to wait.

Everytime I go there im greeted with a smile.They have a younger girl that works there Sadie.Shes always so pleasant and nice I love to go there.

Ordered online, meat cheese, all veggies except olive and extra veggies, oil and vinegar and chipotle sauce. Had my husband pick up the order on his way home because we live 20 miles away. Get my sandwich and all it has on it is meat, cucumber, lettuce, and mayo. Called the store and said there wasn't anything they could do since I'm not driving 40 minutes to complete my sandwich. The guy did apologize, but of course the manager said nothing we can do. Make sure to check your online orders before you leave the store.

I came in on memorial day to grab a light dinner for my husband and I. This location is always clean and I always get great service. This is my go-to location on the few occasions that I don't want to cook. However, I wanted to make a point to mention the two young ladies that were working tonight. They were really friendly and sweet. They were both cleaning when I came in and had the store in excellent condition. Thanks for yet another awesome experience. 💚💚
