Subway

Manager only scheduled 1 worker for a busy Saturday night according to employee. Placed order at 5:13pm, it said order pickup at 5:35pm. We get there at 5:42pm to have to stand in line and be waited on to get our online order. 4 subs and $37 paid, but we had to wait for her to make all the people standing in lines subs. First come first serve is the issue. We paid already and were refused a refund since no Manager on duty. At 6:15 we finally got our subs. It's hard to tell if they would even have been made if we would have waited any later. Bread and subs were terrible and in the fridge. Total incompetence all the way around. People that ordered before us online were still waiting when we left. What a joke of a restaurant and management.

Man what a great crew at subway today. They were very helpful throughout the whole process of ordering early for 20 people and helping when we added some more subs to the order. All three employees were very nice and even the new employee was trying her best. Thanks and we almost ate it all!!!!

The food is always good. But it is the customer service that is usually bad the one girl in there always has an attitude and she can be condescending and sometimes I just don't want to go in there for that reason.

A subway salad on the beach? Nothing could be better! 5-stars for the food quality and for the super friendly service! 😊

It's been a while for me going to a Subway but I've always enjoyed their subs until today. I bought a steak & cheese, chips & coke and paid like $13.00. When i unwrapped the sub, I couldn't believe how little it was. There was almost No steak on it, the sides, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles, peppers were so limited to the amount they used, it was unreal. Needless to say I'll never go back there, OIBSubway is a RIP off.
