Subway

Super upset. Ordered on the subway app. Arrived and they are closed. Open sign is on. Hours on the door says open and apparently they’ve stolen my money. Update: it’s been over a week. I’ve called x3 and spoke to someone. 1st person the next day put me on hold and called the manager and the manager said it would be refunded. 2nd person on Thursday the 4th took my name and number and said they would have a manager call me back about it 3rd person I had to call back today Sunday the 7th bc no manager called and no refund and they again took my name and number for the manager but no refund and no call back.

Update: I’d say it’s bigger than most subways I’ve been into. There are a few tables inside and one outside. The food is always great. When I’m feeling like a sandwich my go to place is Subway. This place is hit or miss on customer service. There are times that they are quick and there are times when it seems like there’s No customers and yet they are slow. The price is pretty standard with all Subways. Nothing really to highlight except for I really like their breakfast sandwiches. I want to say I have not had a subway sandwich in many years.. But I was not disappointed at this restaurant.. What a great atmosphere and very friendly staff.. I actually had to go back the next day the Boss Sandwich was so good.. Thank You for your kind service... Bob, from the Marina!!

I got the same amount of food on a foot long as the 6 inch. I will keep going to my favorite on Lone tree by Best Buy and avoid the Oakley one. Good note there wasn't a line on the one in Oakley though. Wonder why!
