Friendly, efficient, drive-through service. The sandwich was very good. It was a little slow, but they were pretty busy. I would definitely go back.

For starters the food is always horrible when we go, our sandwiches are never made correctly and we have to wait to even be greeted when we went last. The staff didn’t greet us when we walked in and the manager seemed to be to busy yelling at the younger staff and even though we didn’t hear much from what I heard the girl was being yelled for not doing her job but we could hear her saying and showing stuff she had done and she was obviously distressed over this argument and the child was on the verge of tears from the way she was being treated. If this is how management treats they’re employees at subway in Oak Hill I don’t even want my children to go there to work that was rude and unprofessional to treat a teenager and coworker like that when they were clearly trying to show that manager

I took 48 min to get my sub, only one person in front of me.

Good food like all subways but this place has been slow and I've had workers ignore me at the window even though there were no other customers

After complaining through the app and corporate, I reached the manager. To my surprise, it was the one person who has always made our experience wonderful. He was quick to correct our issues and apologize for the issue. My faith in this store is definitely renewed. Thanks so much for a well handle experience. I will definitely continue to use this store for my subway desires.
