Subway

This location is blatantly lying. I arrived at approximately at 8:45am, only to find a locked door and an employee waving me off. Then the employee proceeded to hold up a sign from inside the store stating that this location doesn't open until 10:00am. Someone is lying and that's not how business is conducted. I'm pissed. My time, gas, and patience were wasted. I wish there was an option for 0 stars! This is false advertisement. Now the 10am sign is posted at the door, something isn't right about this. Someone is lying 🤬🤬🤬

My name is Amine (A-M-I-N-E), and this is my first time ever writing a Google review. On December 24th, 2025, around 1:30, I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong Subway location, which was about 40 minutes away. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I tried calling the restaurant to cancel the order. A female employee answered the phone and told me, “hold on, I’ll call you back.” She never called back. After waiting a few minutes, I called again. This time, she seemed to have difficulty speaking English and hung up on me. I tried calling several more times, and she continued to hang up without helping or explaining anything. I was simply trying to cancel an order, but no one assisted me and the issue was never resolved. Very disappointing customer service.

I ordered the protein bowl with steak and bacon. I included pepper jack cheese. I like spinach. Olive banana peppers, onions and sriracha sauce. I usually get the baked potato chops and a Diet Coke. This is about $15 which is generally the cheapest meal I’ll have all day. Subway is extremely good price wise and the meal is decently sized for the price. Very good

Asked for a footlong bacon egg and cheese on a flatbread. I saw very little egg and I asked the lady how many eggs it had, she looked at me and said 4 eggs, I said ok. I get to my car open it up take the pieces of eggs out and it came to be 1. I walk back inside and the younger girl tells me it should be 2 eggs cut in half , the older lady comes back and says she did it "by mistake" , the audacity to look me in my eyes and tell me there are 4 eggs in there 🤦‍♂️

Ordered this online and didn't look at it til I got home. Really subway? You're charging 13$ for this? Didn't even put the cheese on it. I can't believe how bad subway has gotten... Edit: came back 4 months later and it was the same exact thing. Gross food. Stay away.
