The employee made my sandwich like they were personally paying for every spec of topping that went on it and then added half a bottle of mayo. Worst sandwich by a mile

I understand why the parking lot is always empty now. Please hire new staff who actually want to work.

Online order - didn’t get the order right. Ordered a foot long, they gave us a 6in. Went back in, super rude. Asked my teenager where the other half was. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Got home and realized they didn’t give us the chips either. How hard is it to read off a computer screen?!

Went yesterday. Had a online order. I had my receipt. Got to the restaurant to pickup. The ladies working didn't receive half my order. Basically accused me of lying even tho I had my order pulled up on my phone. Another lady came put made the rest of my food while the first lady called the store owner and was hateful essentially accusing me of trying to steal food. I haven't ordered here in about a year because they never answer the phone for call ins. The usual lady was hateful and now I can't order on the app because they were still hateful.
