The first time I came here this lady had so much attitude towards me, I was trying to stay calm but she legit had the worse attitude. I don’t come to subway often so I took a little longer but it was dead as hell, she proceeded to basically halfass my sandwich and I asked for the jalapeño chips behind her and she continued to laugh in my face to make me feel dumb. The next day I came, which is today, she charged me $25 for a 12 inch meal, even though i got the same thing but a 6 inch for $9, how is it $2 dollars for 2 slices of cheese. This Subway provided a mixed experience during our recent visit. We placed our order through the Subway app, which turned out to be not very user-friendly. The interface was clunky, and it wasn’t clear if our customization requests were being saved correctly. This led to some confusion when we arrived to pick up our order, as part of it was almost made incorrectly. Thankfully, the staff was understanding and accommodating, and they fixed the issue with some hesitation. One pleasant surprise was that we received complimentary chips with our meals, which was a nice touch and helped make up for the initial hiccup. The application was not working. I could not get the pad to process my payment; I was trying to use a coupon for for 2 sandwiches, 6 cookies, and 2 drinks for $22. It pulled up to the window; it took almost 25 minutes to even get me out of there I went back the next day. Yes, they did reimburse me for my food and give me new sandwiches. But the Hispanic manager behind the register was very condescending, telling me what I ordered and insisting I was wrong because he had the employee on the phone. Second time here. First time I didn’t bother. I used the outside kiosk and pulled up. The guy said he had a bunch of people inside and it would take about 15-20 mins so I left. Went back another day did the same thing and the lady asked what I ordered and I said I ordered on the outside kiosk. She said she didn’t get it and to come inside. Nope. This subway has been on its last legs and I get it.

I ordered from the drive through, my sub did not get the following i requested: Lettuce, onions, ranch, parm and it wasn't toasted. When I paid they didn't have proper change so they shorted me. That was this store third and final chance, similar experience each time.
