I just wanted to say this subway has the nicest employees. Chase was amazing and I appreciate how he made my salad. Great conversation too. Just all around very nice. Thank you!

So, at this Subway, I just wanted to order and eat a tuna sandwich. I asked them to make it the way I wanted: tuna, American cheese, and then I asked for pickles. But there was this one rude lady who got all fussy and insisted that I had to choose the sauce first. I mean, I asked for pickles, tomatoes, onions, and I just wanted a tiny bit of sauce at the end. But she made a whole scene for like five minutes, being all stubborn about it. Eventually, I got them to do it my way, but honestly, she was just rude and had no clue how to do her job. The service was awful, the atmosphere sucked, and that lady just didn’t belong there. I think the management should either fire her right away or at least discipline her, because she’s being rude to customers and refusing to make the sandwich the way t

Today when we went up to order there was no one at the counter for several minutes. Finally Rhiannon appears and proceeds to tell us “what you see out is all that I have left” with a terrible attitude. This is not our first encounter with Rhiannon. She truly needs to get some help with her customer service skills. It’s 9pm and this Subway is open 24 hours. How is there nothing stocked or prepped? We just went through this Subway less than 24 hours ago and Marvel is probably your best asset yet. Everything was stocked and plenty offerings available. I witnessed Rhiannon with another customer and she was all smiles and so helpful, why the change in attitude with different customers? Honestly I didnt even go to subway they were just in a random loves gas station around the way.... ok so h3re goes..(.. let's note this was 2 diff subway shops inside of loves gas stations in Sebring.) They finally started creating sub sandwiches Ala Cart being sold at loves :) they are all veggie free and double meat. Lol

I am on a 6 hour road trip. I walk into this subway ready to eat and excited. My order conists of an Italian BMT with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. Very easy not to mess up. I ordered a BMT. For those who aren't aware, a BMT stands for Biggest, Meatiest, Tastiest and is one of Subway's signature subs. It consists of salami, pepperoni, and ham. The lady in charge of the meat assembely decides to put BACON AND HAM. What? This is a question I KNOW you all are asking. I mean how can one get an order so wrong. Don't get me wrong, her coworkers were wonderful I recieved an abundance of lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. Also, my order was priced very reasonably.
