Our son had unknowingly left his ID card there two weeks ago. He finally remembered that it might be there. Sure enough, they had put it safely away and had it ready for him when we arrived. Protein bowls and BMT sub were delicious as always... Thanks, to all of you at Newcomerstown Subway for taking good care of us!
Asked for 2 subs to be tosted and they were not and a pizza sub and meatballs sub is not tasty cold I also tried a bowl and everything was cold glad we were going home and had a microwave and they forgot to put it the chocolate chip cookie we love having the businesses in the area and appreciate the extra option but that's 2 wrong orders in a row so it's damonds subs from now on hopefully we will get a good sit down restaurant in town one day and hopefully subway will find people that take pride in their work I'm not saying don't go there just double check and make sure that you have what you ordered
Did a online order through their app... order was supposed to be picked up and delivered at 610pm its now 820pm and im finally getting my order after the dasher contacted me, this is the 3rd damn time this has happened tried to give that subway benefit of the doubt they failed and if it is their system that is not communicating with dash they need to rethink about taking any orders on their app. This WILL be the LAST TIME i will order from the app.... not impressed and good luck trying to contact someone at the store they don't answer... if i was the store manager i would be completely embarrassed and ashamed... try harder newcomerstown subway u just lost my business...
I ordered 2 dozen cookies on Friday and paid for them to be picked up on Saturday after 2. Got there. No one was there and the store was closed. I'm very upset. And I will be going to get my money back.
A little disappointed this time. One guy made all the subs while I was in there while everyone else just stood around. My disappointment comes from the quality of the cookies I bought. The raspberry cheesecake cookie is my absolute favorite but the cookies were so burnt I couldn't eat them. Both the raspberry cheesecake and the new Reese piece's cookies were burnt.
