Subway

This subway is okay. I like that it’s fairly close, it’s not really busy and the staff is okay. I never really have issues at this location when I do eat Subway.

I am a gold member( whatever the highest rewards is called) literally come to this location a town over because it is the only one who opens at 8am. Here recently the last month literally I’d say 3/4 days I come in at 8 they tell me OH SORRY WE HAVE NO BREAD ITLL BE A HALF HOUR ATLEAST. What is the point of opening at 8 when 3/4 days you know the store won’t be ready until 8:30 or 9???The 1 male staff is incredible. But there are about 4 young females that are tremendously rude day in and day out. I’ve wrote a thousand posts but always deleted at the end and never sent them through because I’m not the kind to rag on others but today I’ve hit my boiling point.

We visited this subway and did our order online. My cold cat was supposed to have extra pickles and extra cheese it literally only has regular cheese and two pickles. One of our subs was supposed to have no mayonnaise and was covered in it. Once I was supposed to have extra mayonnaise and had no mayonnaise. When I called the store I spoke with John the alleged manager he said that they were made right. Madison and Carly were the sandwich makers and they claimed they made them right. Obviously customer service is not the stores priority. Won’t be back would rather Visit one of the stores owned by Indians as they Give great customer service

I wanted to commend the young men who served us during our recent visit. They handled our request for additional items on six of our sandwiches with remarkable professionalism. In contrast to the often indifferent attitude encountered in similar situations, their respectful and ethical approach was truly commendable. Their exemplary service reflects well on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I ordered inside for takeout. The broccoli cheddar soup was good, but the footlong pretzel tasted like it was reheated from earlier. It was hard and too chewy. AND, they didn't give me the cheese dip for it or any napkins. I won't be tipping again any time soon. You dropped the ball on this one, Subway!
