Subway

I've been eating here for a while and coming from Publix subs I do like the Italian herbs and cheese here, even during lunch hour when the line's long, my online orders always seem prep'd for me somehow. The subs aren't toasted as long as Publix, but the bread benefits from not being too dry and crunchy, but sometimes if I order before a 20 minute commute or something they're not freshly hot which I kind of would enjoy more, but at that point I might as well just give myself the time to sit down and eat at the restaurant, which isn't their fault but my own. Considering that's my only complaint I could probably just ask them to toast it longer next time and see how that works out, but I typically forget to ask.

The new Weekend Sandwich Artist is a brilliant and friendly young man who offers good conversation while executing the sandwich order expertly. He is attentive to customers and their requests.

This place is very clean and there food line looks very presentable and very clean. Had my sandwich made within 3-4 mins. Fast service, ive been here a few times and let me tell you. They have gotten faster and quicker, lunch rush moves pretty quickly. I love the music playlist.

Food quality is about what you can expect for a Subway. Online orders take forever for them to make. Be prepared to wait a good 10-20 minutes for them to make the sandwich after you place the order. I was standing around for 25 minutes waiting for my order. It would have been much faster to just go through the line.

Asked for meatball sub as I couldn't see meatballs on display. The server pulls some out from underneath storage. I'm like ok cool. Got a 6 inch and cost me like $11 which is crazy. About 4 hours later I started getting serve stomach cramps and was on the toilet for a minute. I'd pay to not have that experience again. The base has very limited options and nothing is close so Subway needs to step it up or bring in a Charlies or something.
