Subway

I never leave a bad review, however I am actually offended at how bad this sandwich was. I honestly feel like I was robbed of my money. I ordered my usual, footlong subway club. Apparently this location has starting weighing their sandwiches. The person making my sandwich proceeded to put a few scraps of shredded and grey roast beef, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of turkey. Prob less that 3oz of meat in total. Then came the veggies. wet and soggy lettuce, tomato slices that were the size of a quarter and literally six slices of olives. I feel like I just paid $13 for lettuce and a loaf of bread. I understand that food cost have gone up but this is not the answer, I'd rather you raise your price a couple dollars and provide your customers with a halfway decent product. Can't wait for Jerse

Every time I order from this store it’s always a problem.. I call but THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I can’t even get what I paid for smh…. I ordered a buy 1 get 1 half off and literally got half of my sandwich taken away!!! Wrong bread, missing ingredients (WORST) WON’T BE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE ANYMORE!!!! I stay in Waterbury….

I’d give 0 stars if I could! I have been to this location a few times and have had a decent experience - and using the word decent is being kind. Most employees are nice - the service is only a small part of the issue. The food is terrible. I’ve never been to a subway like this one. My pictures do a little justice. The bread was so stale! The least amount of meat I’ve ever seen - and barely ANY VEGGIES! That’s what subways are known for - stacking their sandwiches. The bacon wasn’t even cooked. Asked for a side of chipotle as well, got the smallest amount I’ve ever seen. Will never return again. Also would like to note, the manager was there and watching the employee make these sandwiches. We just paid $30 for garbage. Highly suggest going to any other subway location.

I don’t know what happened to this place, used to rave and send people I know here. But in the last few months things have changed. Bread is always a hit or miss. You can get the same exact order today and tomorrow and it’s 2 different prices. I ordered this through the app for pick up, barely even half the bowl is filled. Upcharged guacamole, half a spoon full for 2$! For 13$ I was disappointed. Bunch of young kids, slow lines, I think I’ll go else where.

i came in here about a week ago around 12 pm and there was an older lady and a younger lady. they were phenomenal and they were the sweetest ladies you would ever meet. they made sure my sandwich was perfect to my liking. it was busy and they were handling everything as best as someone could. smiles on their faces and everything. they worked together very smoothly, highly recommend this restaurant .
