I got my toddler meal here and an applesauce pocket shortly after she opened her applesauce packet. I noticed there was mold inside of the packet seems like they didn’t store it right and also the bathrooms were horrendous and terrible condition. Truly disgusting wouldn’t recommend coming here.
This is the 2nd time in two weeks I have been to this location and only one employee is working. First and most important, this is very unsafe for the employee. This is not ok! It took me 20 minutes of standing in line to get my order., a churro, that's it a churro. More staff is necessary! The drink area was dirty, and both Coke & Diet Coke were out of order. The counter with the register was also dirty. The drive-thru is closed, probably due to lack of staff. The woman working was great, but 1 person can't & shouldn't be expected to do it all.
I attempted to purchase a sandwich from this location 1/7 at roughly 11am. I didn’t realize this sign meant there would be no drive through service at all. The employee came to the window and said “Do you have a mobile order?” I said no. With frustration she says “the window is for mobile orders only, there are THREE signs stating that.” I said “oh okay I’m sorry” and she closed the window, without offering to take my order inside. I understand I made a mistake and everyone has bad days, but if you’re “restoring this location to its former glory” this isn’t a good start. With poor quality food and sky high prices, customer service should be your priority. I was a repeat customer but I won’t visit here again.
Terrible service. The boy working the counter would only make one sandwich at a time. While waiting for the single sandwich to toast he did not start the next sandwich, just would stand there. So incredibly slow. Took 45 minutes to get our sandwich. Terrible.
My foot long beast , my husbands 6in turkey and daughters ham kids meal was rock solid hard and unable to eat. It was more of a jaw workout than they were a sandwich. First time I’ve went here in months. Spent almost $20 on a footlong beast and it was rock hard bread unable to eat.
