Don’t place an order here - you should go in. What they missed: 1. Wasn’t toasted 2. Missing jalapeños 3. Missing bell pepper 4. Missing olives 5. Has a dusting of lettuce when the instructions requested more 6. Almost no sauce when the instructions requested more What did they do right? The meats were correct, the bread was correct, and it had spinach and pickles. They missed far more than they got right. Just ridiculous!

I just left the store I ordered two six in subs on white bread. At first I was going to get turkey and last min I decided to get the same sandwich as my son. When I got my receipt I was charged for 2 six in spicy Italians instead of the footlong. Common courtesy would have charged me for 1 footlong since that is what I ended up getting! This was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway, and frankly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered anywhere. My family and I specifically visited this location because of the Happy Gilmore 2 cup promotion. We had already tried several other Subway locations that were sold out, so before ordering, I asked the staff directly if they had any cups left. They clearly said yes, loud enough that both my wife and mother heard them. After we ordered and were at the register, we were suddenly told they were out of cups. When we explained that we had just asked and were told otherwise, the staff denied ever saying they had them. We came into this Subway hoping to pick up the new Happy Gilmore promotional cups. It was a small but meaningful thing for our family—my husband, who was a professor and attorney, had a soft spot for the humor of Happy Gilmore. We recently watched the sequel together as a family in his honor. He passed away from cancer not long ago, and my son and daughter-in-law joined me in rewatching the movie as a lighthearted tribute to a man we all loved deeply. When we walked into the store, we asked if the cups were available and were told yes. We placed our full order, but when we got to the end and asked to choose our cups, we were told they didn’t have any. I usually love Subway, but this particular location was extremely unclean. The food looked old and unappetizing. Against my better judgment, I went ahead and ate a sandwich why i did this i have no idea. Lack of time was a huge factor—and now I feel incredibly sick. 😩 people shouldn't have to worry if they are going to feel sick after spending $12 on a sandwich. 🤢 ill never be back. Where's the management? They also had no mayo.
