Subway

Don’t even want to give 1 star. Ordered footlong meatball sub online. NO sauce on sub at all. Called to complain and female that prepared my order answered and i was told she didn’t have any warm sauce only cold sauce. Asked her could she not warm some up because it was only 4:34 not closing time or let me know when I picked it up if I wanted to change my order and how would she feel if that was her food. Told her I had photo of sub. She hung up on me and when I called back no answer but I left voicemail. She never apologized for my order and she could have cared less. I will NOT use that Subway ever again. I will stop by tomorrow to talk with daytime manager. FOLLOW-UP: 8:00 PM just received a telephone call from Subway Owner. She was very nice and offered to replace sub or give me a gift

Location cleanness is iffy most days, they don't accept coupons no more even though their location says so on the subway website. You have to wait for the workers to come out from hiding to finally order. Food freshness is different most days with the lettuce looking old also Tomatoes looking old. Don't really recommend this location. I would recommend going to the subway location next to the Marion Town center.

Always love Subway but $33 for two subs with a drink is far, far too much. And they ask for a tip now. Couldn't get a cup for water, they charge for water too now No diet soda on fountain drink, multiple instances of this.

I thought I give this place another try. I'm glad I did...they have unployee name Penny,that's changed my review to a good one What a pleasant, friendly person, and you can tell she likes what she does... She definitely cares.. You can tell she cares of the quality, and the appearance of the food ,she put out.. The bread is fresh,the subs look beautiful, and perfectly made. It's just nice that someone cares about the company she works for,and most importantly, the happiness of the guest 😆❤
