Subway

It's a nice place but today 6th of October 2025 at around 2 pm , me and a family member experienced terrible customer service at this place 9999 Harbour PL Ste 102 Mukilteo. It started with a simple question about the Ham they had for sandwiches and she being rude didn't give a straight forward answer, and was rambling about how she worked there for 19 years or something like that... Why work in customer service if you can't serve the customers. Quit your job . Find another job that makes you happy. The other Mexican lady there was real sweet. She served us well. That poor Mexican woman needs someone else aside from that white woman there who is her boss .... Even the Mexican woman looked like she was upset at her behavior because it was giving her a bad look. Terrible 😔 service. Terribl

I definitely will not be back here. I have had the worst experience as far as restaurants go with this location. I have been on a run-a-round trying to get to a resolution and kept getting told different things. I placed a pickup order a few hours in advance to pick up on the way home, and when I got there it wasn’t done. It took a while for someone to talk to me, I just kept getting looked at. After a minute I finally get asked if I had the pick up order which I said yes, and she cut me off raising her voice “no meat balls. No meat balls. I can make the same sandwich as other one” I said that’s ok just make the same thing as requested just substituting the meat. And then another lady started making them, by this point it is a bit past 4. She had asked me a few times like she was confused

I dont usually write a review unless it deserves it and respectfully subway was one of the last places I'd thought I'd write a review for, however it was the service that stole the show. Natasha I believe is her name remembered me from a prior visit and remembered my order and for some reason (maybe in my own head) when she makes them just taste that much better, highly recommend you go this subway during Natasha's shift. Good sandwiches and even better service

I ordered online to pick it up myself. When I got home and took the first bite I found a foreign object in my sandwich that almost broke my tooth! I immediately spat it out and saw a black round and hard like rock object. I took the food back to the store and Calvin the only employee at the time told me he didn’t make the sandwich and did not know what to do or say! I asked him to call his manager and so he did. I could not hear what he told him but when Calvin came back to talk to me he only said “ My manager (Maxwell) is in a meeting and won’t be here anytime soon” at this point I was furious! I then asked: “ok what am I supposed to do come back later? Or wait for him?” He said I don’t know! I took a picture of the sandwich and asked for my money back. It was obvious that his manager w

Hello! I visited Subway today and was very pleased. The vegetables were fresh, and there were plenty of toppings — everything was delicious. The staff was polite and friendly, a great team! This is the best Subway I’ve visited across America recently. Thank you for the excellent service!
