Subway

Driving home to Richmond, VA..my son got hungry so we exited and stopped at this subway. Their hours say they close at 9pm in a Friday. We had plenty time. They closed 15-20mins early and refused to make my son a simple turkey sandwich because they said they didn’t feel like doing anything for anyone anymore. There’s nothing else open around here besides McDonald’s and BK, which he doesn’t eat due to it making him feel sick. People are so damn lazy…a child just wanted a sandwich for dinner on this long ride home. It would be ideal for them to stop false advertising their hours.

Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate, this review is long but needed as it was uncalled for and avoidable. Called to confront them about the way they treated my wife who placed a curbside pickup order regardless of the reason but I’ll explain. She is 16 weeks pregnant and had our 18 month old son she has to carry around so the “Manager” answered and was complaining about the heat from walking out the A/C she stands in all day to my wife’s car for 30 seconds to give her the food after she has been waiting for 40 minutes and she hands her a empty cup to which my wife responds “What is this?” Employee: “Oh we can’t fill your drink for you, you have to do that.” My Wife: “But it’s curbside pickup why can’t you?” Employee: “Oh we just don’t do that!” Excuse me WHAT? In what food business

Food was good. Friendly staff. Fast service.

This is the second time in two weeks that my order was messed up. The first time I had to drive back to the store and get new subs. Today I didn't have the time to return to store... ordered sweet onion sauce and olives, got mayo and banana peppers. Do better Subway.

AMAZING! They were on it like white on rice!!! Prepping as they go too, let us know that they saw us and would be with us in a few minutes-Love THAT! Pretty sure the girl that put my toppings on is new too, BEST sandwich I’ve had in a long time from a subway.
