Subway

We've always used Coupons back at our hometown subway and every other subway we've been too they accepted the coupons but this one said they didn't accept coupons........ I then proceeded to look it up if they could deny coupons and I found out that NO subway can deny coupons. Very upset that I didnt get subway on our camping trip but im sorry im not spending $30 on two subs when I can go a little down the road to Shack Attack Pizza to get a large full 4 topping pizza and a 8 piece honey BBQ wing for $35

Subway is subway, you know what to expect when it comes to food and atmosphere. What differs is service, and the people of this area are hard working and friendly and it shows. Even the young adults that work here just do a great job. The service is excellent.

Before leaving our hotel, my daughter and Grandchildren found Subway coupons in the lobby. Subway a treat for our large family, who like most are penny pinchers. We gladly made plans that the first subway on our way that we saw after 12:00pm we would stop and enjoy a subway feast!! The kids made us drive slow through each town searching for subways high and low. Almost 5:00pm. Tired and starving we finally saw one in Mt. Ida. Upon entrance, daughter gleeful with coupon in hand was immediately approached and told coupons not accepted. Very rude. Although hungry, we turned and left. My sister requested corporates phone number and was refused. Never again !! She said signs were posted everywhere. I didn’t see one!

Exceptional Service in a Cozy Setting I recently visited the Subway and had a delightful experience. The manager, whose name unfortunately escapes me, was incredibly nice and sweet throughout my visit. Her warm hospitality truly stood out, making my meal all the more enjoyable. The small dining space adds to the charm of this local Subway. While it may be cozy, the friendly atmosphere created by the manager and staff more than compensates for it. I believe the manager's dedication deserves recognition, and I hope Subway takes note of her efforts, considering her for advancement within the company. Kudos to the team for turning a simple meal into a memorable experience!

The owner needs to clearly evaluate his or her business model. You change flatbreads to a thinner product to save money I only speculate. Then you tell your customers they can’t have it toasted because it’s to thin. Inconvenience the customer, great business plan. Only can order cold sandwich because your main source of toasting and heating is shot and get told by staff that’s just the way it is. Your staff at best barely shows a pulse when you walk in the door. Mostly like other comments, look inconvenienced to have you come in. You may be the only game in town open after 6 in a small town but many of us talk to each other about you. I am a disgusted neighbor and it’s time to change. Take note of your reviews or the cooperate office will.
