Subway

My brother was craving a sandwich so we joined him, he usually gets a BMT with everything. I prefer a veggie patty with chipotle dressing. The best way is to eat at the shop especially if you request it toasted. Then add your produce. Service is nice, the sandwich maker even asked if we wanted the sandwich split in 3 because there were three of us. The sandwich had a lot of good textures and was flavorful.

Terrible experience. I placed an order through the Subway app and redeemed the free footlong reward after collecting 3 stamps. The order was accepted in the app, which means the promotion is valid for this location and not a franchise-specific offer. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, a male staff member told me they had already canceled the order because they “don’t participate in any free footlong promotion.” I tried to explain that this is a Subway app reward that applies to all locations, but he refused to listen and was extremely rude and dismissive. Driving to the store only to find out the order had been canceled and then being treated this way is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location and would strongly recommend avoiding it.

Looking at the reviews on Google maps, I could see that there were many people upset with online ordering here, as well as coupons being rejected here. I don't know if they really did do bad for those things, but for me, I just walked in, and the service was great. I got the Chicken and bacon sandwich (#20) and it was delicious. The staff was nice. They weren't stingy with the meat servings. I was able to get my free water cup without any trouble. The prices were reasonable. At some other Subways that I've been to, the same sandwich is around 15.50 dollars. Here it's around 13.50 dollars. I'd say this is a reliable place to come in, and get a sandwich.

We ordered our food online and, as many have already mentioned in the reviews, they absolutely DID NOT give us what we ordered. We got the food home and the "club" sandwich that we ordered had no roast beef and 1 very thin slice of ham, 1 thin slice of turkey and ONE strip of bacon. We actually looked up what should have been on the sandwich to make sure that we weren't over exaggerating. Of course, they count on you getting the order home and not being willing to return to the store once you realize it's incorrect. If you choose to order from this location, do yourself a favor and thoroughly check your order before leaving the site. But, honestly, you would turn out better just getting your sandwich a few blocks down the road at a different subway location on West El Camino Real. It's not

Claudia and (Dear God I hope I remember her name correctly) Alexandra were spectacular! I was in a rush to work and I had placed and order for pick up through the app and did it for the wrong pick up time! Figured there was nothing I could do about it and just ordered in store. I told them what happened because I thought it was funny but they voided my online order and got me my money back, on top of being so quick so I can get to work on time! I've been to this particular location quite a few times and they are always so on top of everything! Thank you ladies so much! 😁🤎
