Staff is nice but why say your open until 9 if the doors are locked and they are doing closing procedure at 8:30 . Just say you close at 8:30 to give your staff the half hrs to close. I got there at 8:42 thinking it takes 5 min to make a sandwich and doors were locked, chairs were on tables, a worker was sitting on a table and gave me a cut throat sign through the door saying it's closed. I work in retail not allowed to do close or do closing process until 6 our closing time. We do as much as we can but not stopping customers before that time. Just change your sign to 8:30 to give your staff 30 mins to do their process so customers know. Or change your policy to close at 9 and do closing procedure after that. Like my job does we close at 6 and giving time after for closing.

Ordered two meals off the app, app charged my card, app crashed, no confirmation of order, called the McMinnville location where I ordered from to confirm order, they received no order, was told to call the Morrison location, which my wife did. Employee was extremely rude and hateful to my wife and offered zero reconciliation- no food, no refund, nothing. Even though I was charged for the food I ordered. Absolutely abysmal service and I’m just out money. Thanks to Subway and the horrible employees at the McMinnville and Morrison, TN location!

First time going and I went early,place clean and inviting, counter person professional and friendly I'm a happy and stuffed costumer a great experience I'll be back soon footlong beast and the outlaw for later yummy✌️made it back got two more outlaw sammichezz man they're great and friendly clean and I'm happy

i ordered a footlong and got a soggy vegetable mush sandwich. the guy that checked me out was nice but they ruined my sandwich i couldn’t even eat it. all our sandwiches were a mess just tossed in with no care at all. mine especially was squeeze and packed full of what i asked for but they definitely didn’t care about how it was put together. this is ridiculous. i will not be coming here again and i hope they lose their job. this was the worst sandwich i’ve ever gotten from a subway. you should be ashamed of yourself

Good was great, the service I received was great by the two younger girls. The older lady Marie came out from the back, had a huge attitude and shaking her head because there was a line. She seemed bothered that there was a line of people and the two younger girls were working as fast as they could. She not only had an attitude towards the other employees she was rude to the customers. If you’re in a bad mood stay home- no need to have a bad attitude towards others or slamming the oven door.
