I waited 30 minutes for them to get a drawer. They help one guest and disappear in the back. Never came back to help me or the gentleman behind me. It's great you make pre made subs and put them in the gas station, or no one would ever get anything from this location.

Per Pilot Travel Center’s own guideline, “Attention professional drivers: Please pull forward after fueling.” However, what is the point of pulling forward when the store is not prepared to serve customers afterward? The food is good but they don't have enough employees they only have one person usually in the front making sandwiches and cashiering. The atmosphere is too busy because it's the truck stop and Subway has become corporate. Long lines

Good customer service was greeted and promptly asked what kind of sandwich I wanted came out great
