Subway

Great promotion, just got 3 footlong for $20. Chelsea was working by herself and she killed, she was kind with a huge line of customers and app drivers. She was fast and extremely polite. I hope one of the managers read this review and recognize a good employee that they have it.

if I could give 0 stars, I would!! NO TUNA ON FOOTLONG! but 10x veggies! food is cold. place is dirty. All the plants and the ceiling fan is COVERED in dust! dude said he is a manager but I think it’s his first day! people in front of us weren’t satisfied either!

Just walked in to order a few subs about an hour ago and the manager took one look at the door, rolled his eyes and shook his head like he was annoyed and upset that another customer was coming in. I turned around and walked out and went to norwich instead. What a horrible first impression. If you don't like your job, do us all the favor and QUIT and get a manager in there with some customer service skills!

Avoid this place, just make your own. Honestly being hungry is better than ordering from here. I ordered tonight, usually avoid due to high prices. My food looks disgustingly messy, none of the 3 subs got toasted like I ordered. Had ingredients missing, which is especially frustrating when one of the sandwiches on had 2 additional toppings and one of them is missing, which completely ruined my 3 year olds night. Thanks for the reminder of why I haven't gone to Subway in months.

This is the closest subway to my area. I visit here 1-2 times a month. I went there last night 1/13/24 to get a sandwich but the two male workers were busy with a big online order. My husband and I waited about 10 minutes for them to finish up. At no point in that time did they acknowledge that we were there. One of them even went to get chips from behind us and didn’t bother to say a word. Since there was no communication I did not know how long this order was going to take so I left to go to Chilis next door. It’s okay to be busy but to say nothing to a customer is plain rude.
