The employee was insanely nice and our food was great. Whoever the night workers are deserves a raise. This is amazing service!!!

I had Alex as my server, and let me say it was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Great person with great energy!

Place has really gone down hill, it used to be consistent and good. The staff doesn’t care and they’re not very friendly. Got a 6 inch and asked for tomatoes and some peppers as a veggie along with mayo. They proceeded to put 2 tomatoes 2 peppers and a barely visible line of mayo. When folding the sandwich they wiped away all the tomatoes and peppers off the sandwich. Very disappointed!

I don't know what the new management means, but the bread used to be ALOT better!!! Soft enough but just right. The last time I ate there the bread was like bricks. I took it back in and the other lady was wonderful and had been making fresh bread. I waited and she was wonderful and made a new sub for me. Bread was better but still not as good as it used to be. I don't know if they changed something but it was definitely OVERBAKED the first time. Go back to the old recipe please!

Extremely slow service. Seemed they had a lot to do. They were missing some ingredients. And I was in a hurry.
