Subway

We found the worst service and subway in the entire I-15. The bread was stale, and I asked to label one sandwich so I didn't have to open each sandwich, but they didn't. My daughter's meatball sandwich is cold because the meatballs are cold.

I asked an employee who was stocking the shelves if they had a restroom 🚻 She had a terrible attitude. She yelled at me and said, look at how big this place is. Of course we have a restroom. I'm not going to pee in a bucket. Worst customer service experience I've experienced in a very long time.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Don't order on the app they don't have meatball marinara or black olives but the app says they do. When they mess it up they will make you a different sandwich but if you buy add ons like pepperoni for the specific sandwich and no longer want it because of their errors they won't get you a refund. The employee told my boyfriend well it's actually a more expensive sandwich you ordered and then tell you well the manager isn't in when you ask to speak to the manager. The food will be cold if you pick it up right at the time the app says it will be done. The employees were all just sitting at a table in the corner giggling and on their phones. I have managed multiple food places (4 separate places) and they clearly hold no employee standards or ways to handle mistakes they

So went in here I can clearly see different breads fresh and ready the girl said we only have wheat and flatbed multiple customers left she said that bread was too hot lol I’ve worked at subway that’s bologna and make matters worse the wheat bread is dry and stale atleast a day old sucks
