Subway

The WORST Subway I have ever experienced and I travel all over and love Subway. This one has some horrible issues. The staff speaks no English at all. Pointing can work but it is still difficult. Staff does not seem to care and is rude. I watched the person in front of me ask for an extra slice of tomato and the server said NO! No extra! They also ran out of ALL the bread. Had to do a wrap. Then to top it off...they automatically added a 10% tip without approval.

I wanted to counter all the 1 star ratings. This subway was clean, but low on different types of bread, and bread was a little dry/stale. The server was competent, but struggled with English and didn't smile, even when we left her the remainder from our $20 bill ($3+ tip). If I were the manager I would at least encourage employees to smile. A lot can be forgiven if you smile.

Terrible service. Neither employee understands English. I have an allergy and was trying to ask for ingredients from the back (I waited until everyone else in the store was ordered to not be holding anyone up). She had no idea what I was saying. They also kept walking away from everyone else’s order to take 1 persons order who came in after everyone else and kept adding to his order.

I feel sorry for the woman named Yanet, you can tell her life is miserable the way she acts and treat customers. Poor thing

I just went in and wanted a salad and they told me they couldn’t do it. When asked why they said “the ingredients had to last them until end of shift” it’s really messed up for them to say that.. worse subway ever … never going there again!!!
