Subway

The place was really dirty with just random boxes scattered in the back and in the front. The whole place was just generally dirty. The person who was taking our order was very rude and cold the whole time. I could tell he did not want us there and we didn't even come in at an ungodly hour or were rude to him or even during rush hour. The food was alright but you can't mess up corporate food because it's the same no matter where you go.

Horrible customer service, very rude worker. We came there and ordered 6 sandwiches and one was tuna. Asked if he could toast the bread and then put the tuna on, he continued to put the tuna on. Asked if he could redo it and he said “It’s already made” and would NOT remake it. We said we did not want the sandwich and were not going on pay for it and he snuck it into our bag and onto the receipt so that we couldn’t see it until we paid. Called back to see if he could remake it and he insisted he made it before we got there. Yeah, not trying to get poisoned or spit-mixed tuna. No wonder they’re closing! Do NOT come here.

Filthy and cluttered. Owner should be ashamed and from the sound of the other reviews this has been going on for years. The landscaping around the building is an overgrown jungle, the entry way of the store looks like it hasn't seen a broom in years, the store had boxes on the tables, old computer monitors, a printer and paperwork sprawled over the booths and floor. The whole store looks like a breeding ground for bugs. I can't believe corporate would allow the owner to continue to run this location as is. Clean up your junk and take pride in your store...

Went to Subway about 2 weeks ago to get a couple subs over an hour and fifteen minutes before closing time. Worker was really put out that we had the audacity to want to order something. We left without ordering anything after being treated like we should not be there. Save yourself some grief, and go somewhere reputable!!! Mercer deserves something better... Can't imagine this guy on the Subway "Five Dollar Footlong" commercial any time soon!

Employee had paperwork all over the dining area, and was in a rush to get our subs made. He was squishing the vegetables into the sandwich and didn’t even get our subs right.
