Subway

Subway is by far my favorite place to eat here in Morgan. Today, today they lost a customer. Which isn't a good things on either of our end. But whenever I am ordering food equalling up to $40 (not just for me) then I'd expect my order to be made correctly. I do curbside pickup and when I got home, I was so upset. I was so upset I cried. Seriously cried. My sandwich was so sloppy and nothing about it was correct. The chips were wrong. The food was wrong. The cookies were old. I'm overly upset. Normally this place is A1 but today was a $40 loss on my end and a fairly nice loss on their end because my money will not be spent there again.

Logan made an artfully delicious sandwich, following my every request. Vegetables were crunchy, meat and cheese was cold and fresh, and bread was fluffy and flavorful. Would highly recommend the chocolate chip and raspberry cheesecake cookies. Dining room and restrooms were spotless.

We stopped by this location with 2 bus loads of people in front of us. 2 employees let both bus loads of people eat first and did the calculations last which led to extended wait times for other customers coming to this location. I will not return. The smart thing to do would have been to let one employee make the meal while the other employee should have been processing each order at the register as each person went through (the normal way). The people had enough time to eat and leave and the employees were still doing calculations (even though both bus loads of people ate and left leaving one person behind to handle the bill). I wouldn’t be surprised if the register is off. I decided to leave and take my money elsewhere.

Hot honey chicken sandwich was delicious. The restaurant was clean. Rita provided excellent service with a smile 😊. This was the best subway experience I’ve had in a LONG time. Thanks!

My family and I we had been driving back home to MO this past Thursday. We had stopped to get a bite. Unknown to us that there was a warning of a possibility of a tornado due to be in the area. The staff working there at 7pm were so nice and even offered to allow us to stay there should the weather turn. Very friendly and of course they made great sandwiches, thank you for what you two had done.
