Subway

This plays needs some TLC. Outdated. Dingy. Broken bathroom handles. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Molding are hanging loose. Floors are sticky. Ice machine is full of mold. The employees are the only positive experience. Owner needs to do better for their resteraunt.

Attitudes are a bit of an issue here. I feel like the workers do not want to be here. Let’s not overlook the phone usage done here. Making sandwiches and playing with phones answering/texting should be prohibited. The newer employees from the other location are not the issue. I hope someone steps in & deals with this issue especially considering this is not the first incident.

I went in with my 4 year old granddaughter. We were the only ones in line (they were not busy). I ordered her a pizza and an icee. The icee lid was not put on right and it popped off spilling on me and her. Then, when we got home and opened the pizza, it was burnt and could not be eaten. To make things worse, I filled out the complaint form on the Subway site. The owner sent me a copy / paste form letter that did not even address my issue accurately nor did it even offer to make anything right. Just an apology and using this as a learning experience for his staff. Horrible service and food quality and an equally horrible response from the owner. I will never spend another penny at this location.

Standard subway. The workers were friendly and quick and the sandwich was nice. Can't ask for much more.

When I walked in there were 2 workers sitting at a table playing on their phones. Neither one of them came to serve me. Poor dude in the back stopped doing what he was supposed to be doing to make my sandwich. The 2 workers waited a good 15 seconds before attempting to get up. Need new employees! More loyal employees!
