Subway

My family placed an online order through the application to the marlborough ct location today 10/10/25 for pick up. When we got home we realized one of the sandwiches was missing. We called the location and the lady hung up on. We tried to call back and the call was forwarded to answering machine. We tried calling from a different phone and same thing. Finally we tried calling from a third phone number and the lady picked up and she refused to make the sandwich that was missing and refused to refund the cost. She told us to call corporate to get a refund. She refused to provide her name and hung up yet again. There is no direct number to call for refund on the app or the website.

Took about 30-35 minutes to get two sandwiches with only one person ahead of me in line. Came on a Friday around 2:30pm, two employees one was an older man and the other was a woman who seemed disoriented and responded with a sour face when asked if she was okay by another customer. Two people arrived after me and left before I even ordered my food due to wait time and unfriendly service.

Dear Subway Store Owner, I am writing to express my utter frustration with the appalling service I received at one of your locations last night. I placed an online order for my family’s dinner, but I never received the food I paid for, nor did I get a refund. What transpired was not only incredibly inconvenient but downright disrespectful. When I arrived to pick up the order, the employee on duty made excuse after excuse, claiming the store closed at 9:00 PM instead of the posted 9:30 PM and that she had already "put everything away" 50 minutes before closing time. I paid for my meal in advance, and my family was left without dinner because this employee, who appeared to prioritize scrolling through her phone over performing her job, made no attempt to resolve the situation. The girl that works there 100% needs to be fired. I ordered 2 sandwiches 45 minutes before they were set to close and she went out of her way to make excuse after excuse to just not do her job. The sandwiches were already paid for. She went thru calling me and pretending to be some manager only to get caught in a lie. Paid for my food and never received any of it.

Weird spot. I like subway because they always have a clean bathroom. I only get the toasted footlong tuna. That being said, the female sandwich artist looked miserable and kept touching her face and neck with the gloves on. The male sandwich artist was clearly very young and still had the light of hope in his eyes. Not a bad lunch stop
