As long as you order in person or on the phone, you're fine. If you try to use the app for the so-called 20% off deal, good luck.... you're going to need it. We spent hours trying to order using the app, only to be run around in circles......on 2 different phones and even on a computer to no avail. In the end, there is no 20% off, promo code or not, and tv advertisements are a lie.

First visit to this Subway. Great food and service. They were very busy but remained calm. Will go back again.

Food was great,but it was too long of a wait getting the sandwiches. Not the girls fault they were working as hard and fast as they could,but they were very stressed. There were only two working. They had people inside, online orders, people calling in orders and people at the window screaming. I felt so bad for them. You really need more than two people working each shift. Personally if I had been either one of those girls trying their best apologizing to everyone. I'd have to just quit. I'm sure they don't get paid enough to put up with all the hassle.

We come to this subway at least once a week and haven’t had a good experience yet. (Only reason we come back is because of the lack of food options in Manila) We try to call to place the order ahead EVERY TIME. Not one time have they answered the phone. So the last 2 times we ordered we have called from the parking lot and called while in the store to see what happens. One time they just took the phone off the hook. The second time we watched the young man roll his eyes and say “that phone is so annoying” and not answer. Today was a wild experience, though.
