The person on register today at 12:35 was terrible terrible rude. I only wanted a bag of chips and I did jump ahead but the person I jumped in front of was still having his sandwich made. Why should ANY customer have to wait when only buying a bag of chips or a drink and the register was available. She literally back talked me in front of customers calling me rude when I wasn’t rude. I was just being logical. I see why this place has 3 stars. Good luck to future chip only buyers!

Absolutely worse service ever, I received my sandwich with a long dark piece of hair in it🤦🏽‍♀️…absolutely disgusting and the workers just sit there on there phones. Everytime I go the girls don’t have their hair up. Unsanitary and unprofessional. Please teach your employees how to be professional.

The crew this busy Friday evening did wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Our sandwiches were perfect. Our order is always complicated and they nailed it. Very satisfied with our experience.

Piss poor communication, Shane and the girl are extremely rude and dismissive, and they stood behind the wall one their phones while we waited in line. Teach your employees some professionalism.

I walked in twenty minutes before close and was told “sorry we’re closed” by a very young individual that was on his phone. I understand it’s close to closing, but your close time is 8pm and not 7:40pm. It would have taken you five minutes to make two subs I was planning on ordering.
