Subway

My husband and I came in tonight for dinner. We do not eat here much but when we do service is great. Tonight, service was terrible. They had a friend in there talking. Yet, we do not get a welcome in the door. My husband ordered a pizza. The young lady put all his topping in the center of his piza and did not cut it well. We cut it when we got home. I ordered a Baja steak sandwich and I was not pleased with the way my sandwich was just thrown together. I instantly told my husband I do not want the sandwich and he could have it. He was not pleased with it either. It was sloppy and more veggies and condiments with little steak. If I wanted a veggie sandwich, I would have ordered. Very disappointing.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. In the past year I have seen a major change. The manager is very helpful and always has the best interest for the customers. We have seen her scrubbing the store, along with other employees. They are working hard on getting this place clean and back up to where it should be. If you had stopped coming due to how nasty it was please come and check it out. I had pictures but can't post them on here. Went in again twice on 1-26-25 the manager was there for the lunch rush and the night rush. Does she work all day. Never have I met a more dedicated manager. Always friendly, always have a great experience when she works I seriously hope she stays for awhile.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been in. You walk in an it just doesn’t look clean or feel clean. Got banned and had the cops called on me because I reported this location to corporate office about something I witnessed with one of their employees. So when I happen to go in there a couple months later. In the middle of making my sandwiches the guy I reported recognizes me and called the cops. Just like that. Customer service is awful. That’s been my experience. It’s always a couple of teenagers running the place! And they’re in no hurry to fix anyone’s sandwich. Now they’ve put up metal lids so you can’t see what the food looks like they’re making your sandwich with. They close whenever they want. Whoever owns this particular subway has no idea how to run a business.. I would expect to see a subway

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered food online waited 45 minutes and said to he’ll with it and got two out of the three sandwiches I paid for and left. They were not busy only had three customers in the whole store.
