Subway

I normally don’t leave any bad reviews but wow this Subway was one of the worst I ever experienced. The staff barely knew what they are doing and didn’t properly get my order right even after I gave them a chance to correct it. Also they don’t know any specials. Yikes… I advise to avoid this subway and if I could give it half or negative stars.

The worst Subway experience I have ever had. I ordered a footlong grinder with teriyaki chicken, oven roasted turkey, american cheese, and pepperjack cheese with the grinder toasted. Me trying to tell the 2 employees what I wanted was terrible. They kept giving me very confused looks and kept saying, "So you don't want this topping?" When I was saying exactly each topping I wanted. Then when they toasted it, the cheese looked melted, but when my fiance and I bit into our halves, the meats were cold. Maybe the $30 price was correct but this grinder and dealing with those 2 employees were not worth any of that money spent. Will never go back to this Subway in Foxwoods again.

If you have 40 minutes to wait for a shitty sub, you're in luck. The absolute slowest thing I've ever seen in my life. One employee and she's got all the time in the world.

Terrible, I feel bad for the staff as many workers had difficulty understanding English, and Apparently were not properly trained. My grilled chicken bacon sandwich was not toasted as I asked. There was an obnoxious customer yelling at them and cursing, she never paid for the sandwiches, she left them and went to wingtip. This is in a loud area of the casino food court with the music blaring loud.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I placed an order simply asking to remove lettuce and tomatoes and I was told they can’t, not there and in a loud crowded area it is very obnoxious to try to communicate so rather than that they say there company default phrases and then ignore further questions. They do not try at all and do not Follow simple order instructions. DO NOT eat here unless you want to sit there looking like you have a language barrier for 45 minutes
