The employee making the sandwiches tonight 11/19 needs work on his customer service skills. Very rude and short with me. And when the other employee, a young female, tried to be helpful he was rude and short with her. If you dont like your job... find something else!

Horrible service, walked in no one was in sight besides a worker with brown hair making out with a guy who walked out then back in and they maked out again. Then the worker disappeared for awhile never spoke to us once. We were standing in there for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged. The worker with brown hair then said to us “are you guys gonna get something cause if not you need to leave” and we were like uh what and she was like “yeah if your not getting anything you need to leave that’s loitering” very rude to us. As if I wasn’t waiting to order the whole time I was in there. Again the whole time we were in there not a single “welcome to subway I’ll be with you in a minute” not any sign that they were gonna provide any service to us. I was not able to dine here since they are not accepting coupons. But i find it good that they have two doors adjacent, the serving counter is on the center. Parking space available right in front of the store

Girl did not read the comments on my mobile order at all. I wrote how to make it specifically the only way I’ll eat it and it was completely ignored. Ruined the sandwich.

We live in Lyndonville. The last time we ordered from Subway (a week ago) the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were orange & not enough meat. Absolutely disgusting! The guy making our sub just hurried to get it made. No thought or care at all! He puts so much mayo on that it's everywhere! I hate that they don't display the meat now! I always could look at the roast beef to see if it was rare enough. They will serve you old nasty vegetables, although you can see the fresh ones cut up. Seriously! I used to be able to get a $5 foot long that was put together well in Orleans! I understand the food cost went up Subway! But clean your business up! I won't be eating there again until it changes! Stop covering up the meat! You don't want to pet $25 for something you threw out!!!!
