Subway

I ordered a Meatball Footlong with extra protein, extra cheese and extra sauce. I paid an additional $3.75 for all. I didn't get any. I also ordered an Italian B.M.T with extra protein and paid an additional $2.50. No pe, no extra meat. I then call the store to complain and neither phone number on line or the one printed on my receipt work. Don't waste your money.

Everytime I come in here there’s only 1 worker. They are always swamped between mobile orders and in store orders which tends to make them be in a poor mood (understandable). But my food is also always overcooked or undercooked, and I get charged for things I didn’t order. I’ve worked at a subway 4+ years. I know how a sandwich should be made and cooked and I promise most of these workers don’t do it correctly. Train them better and get better help. They don’t change their gloves after handling cash or making another’s persons food. Half the time they don’t have visors (I’ve found hair in my food numerous times) I watched a girl blow her nose with gloves on then just throw the napkin away and try to continue making an order (I told her to change her gloves and she laughed and said “wow I c

Food was fresh and good. Service was quick and attentive Atmosphere is not a 5 because it is a Subway. It was clean!

I truly felt sorry for the young girl. She was backed up with online orders, had customers walk out before ordering because online takes presidence over in store customers. She was trying to run it all alone, as two employees walked out on her, & she was doing her best. They charge for extra meats ( they are normal yet you get charged. I requested extra specifically for my husband.) guacamole isn’t the right color & tastes way off. I do not think until they get this store better staff to help this young lady, and do better at portions, & checking the time on how long cheeses, and condiments have been out, I honestly do not believe that we will return to this specific store again.

Regularly skimming on the meat and cheese even if you pay for extra. It’s comparatively less meat and cheese compared to other Subways. Plus, they don’t take coupons (that were mailed to us) if you go in store.
