Subway

Just a shout out to this worker named Alla, she always smile and very polite. It looks like she was working by herself but still manage to get my orders right. Great Job. I always get my breakfast over at subway and so far the food has been great👌

I placed 2 orders with 2 sandwiches each, so a total of 4 sandwiches. Both of my BMTs had lettuce, mayo and tomato when 1 should've been plain with meat and cheese and the other just with meat, cheese and mayo. I ordered a tuna, which was drenched in mayo and was toasted (it should not have been toasted and it made most of the bread hard and unappealing to eat). The last sandwich was made just fine. The girl working on 2/5/25 on the night shift clearly doesn't pay attention to detail. I've ordered the dippers a few months back and noticed it's the same girl and she clearly didn't know how to roll them up. Just folded them twice. Working in the food industry is clearly not for her. A waste of money just to be thrown in the trash

Alla had served us and had a chance to make 3 difference sandwiches, didn’t put tomatoes on our BLT, put lettuce and tomatoes on our second sandwich without asking and we had to ask to take it off multiple times, and instead of giving me what I asked for she gave me everything else. Not only that but we asked for buffalo sauce and she said they didn’t have it, so we asked when they didn’t have it anymore to which she replied “a minute ago”.

It is what you expect subway to be. If you don't care about quality, freshness, enthusiastic kind knowledgeable employees(can't blame them if they are not) then Subway is your place. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants, especially now a days when what was supposed to be and once was considered a cheaper and quicker alternative to other places. It is practically the same price if not more than a grinder shop or pizza place grinder, but lacks the quality of ingredients. It's a chain and you can feel and taste it.

Do not order the $6.99 meal deal they do not honor it.. i tried to order the meal deal and the young lady originally told me that it was "online order only" but when I looked at the window sign it said "in store order only" so I went back and asked she told me she would contact her manager and then I was told it was for just 1 specific sub but if you look at the ad it stats "ANY 6" sub, chips or cookie and a small drink" they either need to honor it or take it down
