Update: Sent these pics up the chain to corporate and they said the franchise owner would contact me. They haven't so clearly they really don't care. ORIGINAL POST: Stopped in 2 weeks ago and had an amazing steak and cheese footlong. The bun was stuffed and very filling. Ordered the same thing on the app tonight and it had half the ingredients as last time and I totally thought they forgot the meat. Checkout the pictures.

Ordered 2 foot long subs on Italian (not toasted) on a late afternoon. The bread was so stale the crust was falling off. Inedible, mostly ended up in garbage.

Today was the third time I attempted to go through the drive thru. The employee told me that he would be with me after he “filled a walk-in customers order”. And he also told me that he “was the only employee working there”. Which I was very understanding about. However, after waiting for five minutes, and watching people walk in and walk out with orders, they never waited on me. I even drove up to the drive-through window. And didn’t see anybody around. There was stacks of boxes in the drive thru cashier area. This tells me they really don’t want people using the drive-through. If that’s the case, then I would think the management would just close down the drive-through option. I don’t intend to ever come back to this restaurant. Very poor management and no way to contact them.

Everything tasted fresh, the staff was very attentive and friendly
