Subway

Ordered on the subway app and I was disgusted when I got home. First of all I requested pepper jack and toasted the sandwich had American cheese and was not toasted. Second of all I ordered extra onion not the whole onion on the sandwich

I placed an order online before going to work. I paid extra 3.79 to upgrade add a drink and 2 cookies. When placing your online order it gives the option for fountain drinks and bottle. Bottles have pictures there is no price difference when you choose online unless you choose to upgrade to a med or large fountain drink. I go in the store pick my food up and Nick refuses to allow me to get the drink I ordered he said he keyed it as fountain. I ordered it as a bottle. He said he could not call a manager, could not refund me, could not give me the drink I ordered. So we were at an impasse. He tells me aggressively take the drink and I am just going to ban you, of course I am not a thief or a fool. I asked for my money back and he states he cannot because there is no Mgr. I asked him to call

If you want your food Serviced by "Kathy Bates" with a little bit of Attitude smh Thank God the Young Gentle actually served me...The Older Woman was the "Peanut Gallery" in the Backround. Responding to my Question...Its Time for her to Retire...Not sure of the noise level because all I could hear is her Snapping at me because the microwave isnt working. 🤦‍♀️

Very very sweet people here 🫶 even to that one rude customer ☹️ and to whoever was being rude at the workers here I hope you dropped all your sandwiches you ordered.

First, the good...the young lady who made our sandwiches was wonderful. She made our sandwiches exactly how we wanted them. Now, the bad. I bit into my sandwich and there was an olive seed hidden in it that almost broke my tooth. Another incident happened that I will discuss with the company itself, but let's just say that the manager there is not the most pleasant person to deal with. She may need a refresher course in good customer service.
