I placed an order online and was charged, but when I arrived to pick up my food, I was told they never received my order. Even after showing proof of the charge, the employee offered no real help and made no effort to resolve the issue caused by their system. I was told I’d have to wait for a refund but still couldn’t get my order. Very disappointing customer service—I definitely won’t be returning to this location.
This is our go to location on route to Brookfield zoo. Location is run by a father son duo and they are very courteous & generous. Our sandwiches were very well made. The owner treated our kids with free chips and drinks.
Asked if the participate in the 6.99 promo for any footlong sub he said yes, made it then charged me $13.
This location is wonderful, our sandwiches were made to perfection and the service was nice. We dined in and were treated with cookies! The sweetest!
I go to the place all the time. The People are welcoming, I love the food here, always fresh and hygenic. I can eat everyday!
