They paid no attention to the online order, I received my sandwhich, not toasted, no cheese, no vegetables, I paid for extra meat, no extra meet and no salt nor pepper and no mustard… apparently they can’t read an order!

Wife and I went in @ 9pm. Ordered 2 sandwiches, small, just under $8. While making the my wife ask if could have hers in a wrap. Upon paying we were charged an extra $4. $ was not told that there was a extra charge for wrap. While eating one employee was sweeping the floor and around the tables, after hitting our stool and table 5-6 times with the broom I told him to leave that area till we were finished. My 1st & last time in that place, I will continue to go to the one in Branson West, it’s far superior.

I've never seen anyone happy or even friendly in here. Their independently own and won't except coupons or the App for discounts. So why should they be.

Currently sitting here listening to these nasty old lady’s. Incredibly rude when placing the order they have little care of anyone and complain about every customer.

With gloves on the girl fixed 3 sandwiches, rang them up, handled dollars & change. When she got to my granddaughters sandwich she only needed to add pickles. I said to her, you just handled many dollars & coins, are you not gonna change your gloves? She put pickles on sandwich & then took off her gloves. So gross. She needs to be taught proper handling of food. I will never be back. Money is so germy & then u handle food.
