Subway

I went to this location on my lunch break to find the drive thru was open but the machine was not working. Pushed the button on the kiosk because that is what the sign said to do only to get yelled at to pull to the windows. Mind you the first time they spoke to me through the drive thru it was just static. When I got to the windows the lady was extremely rude and threw the card reader at me. If I could give this location a zero star I would. I am a very loyal customer to Subway and this location is the rudest I have been too. If the drive thru kiosk is messed up then they need to turn the drive thru light off. If anyone is traveling and decide they want Subway, I would go to the location at Love's truck stop because this one is rude and uncaring towards their customers. My Dr pepper was f

I wish everyone would stop going to this location so it can maybe get new ownership. Every employee I’ve encountered is incredibly rude. I keep giving it a chance because we don’t have any sandwich spots, but I have finally given up. If you don’t go inside to order, it seems like they purposely build your sandwich wrong for fun. I’ve ordered on the app and at the drive thru and all have been wrong. Example: if you ask for extra lettuce, they put a sprinkle or zero lettuce. If you say a few jalapeños, they give you a huge pile. On my most recent order, I asked for just a little mayo. She loaded it down with mayo to the point that it was inedible. I went and ordered a sandwich today through the drive-through I previously saw them working on the machine the day before, and whenever I was ordering through the drive-through everything was glitching out it would click stuff I didn’t click. I got my sandwich and there was roast beef on it took it back in told him the machine was messing up. It wasn’t supposed to have roast beef. It was supposed to have ham They made me pay for another one and refused to give a refund for the first one. Not only did the sandwich have roast beef, the extra cheese and meat that I paid for wasn’t there. The sandwich was hard. And all around should not have had to pay for another without refund

A beautiful brand new immaculately clean facility. After paying for my food, I asked to use the restroom, and the employees lied, telling me the bathrooms were not working. How in the world do we still have 1960 mindsets in these restaurants? I’m appalled by the blatant racism.

The staff at this location are rude every single time I go in, the food is decent, but not worth what Subway charges. Especially when the customer service is so poor. They went off on my mother because she simply asked if she could use a coupon. My mother is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet so this made me beyond upset!
