Subway

I’m embracing my inner "Karen" for this one, but I’m genuinely confused. I sat in the drive-thru for several minutes today in total silence. With an empty parking lot & building…The speaker clicked once, but nobody ever acknowledged me, even after I tried calling out. This follows a weird visit the other day where the staff spent time complaining about coworkers being late, not showing up, yet became totally dismissive and vague when I asked if they were hiring. The sandwiches are good, but the lack of basic "we'll be right with you" communication is a total dealbreaker. I tried to engage to the worker more, but they didn’t seem to want to engage anymore after asking if they were hiring… Clean building though & my sandwich on Saturday was great 😭

The worst subway experience I’ve ever had. The slowest sandwich makers on the face of this earth. They don’t know how to make basic sandwiches, didn’t even make the sandwich that I asked for. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got a Philly cheese steak. #they are high out of their mind.

Ordered a turkey bacon footlong with a little bit of lettuce and spinach, cucumber, tomatoes olives and a little bit of salt, pepper and mayo. All was as ordered EXCEPT THE SALT! I was of course very hungry and was unable to eat but 3 bites there was so much salt my lips started to burn. My son's was the same way its like the lid fell off the salt. I had 2 other people try a bite one of them spit it out! The steak 6 inch was mostly all sauce seriously had to search for the steak! I paid $40 + for what was to supposed to be our dinner

Found this on my sandwich and was luckily dining in so I could at the very least get a refund. It took a while for anyone to help me after I said something was wrong with the sandwich though. I don’t think it’s something the employee could’ve caught before serving because it was on the bottom of the bread so I’m leaving this review strictly for others reading to either double check their food before consuming or to stop coming here. If you look through other reviews you’ll see the lack of hygiene and cleanliness is a common issue that they clearly don’t care to fix. :(

The skimpy sandwiches are absolutely rediculous. I'll never understand the lack of standards here. This is a big chain and this location puts it to shame. I ordered a tuna sandwich. See pictures, they speak for themselves. They also don't accept subway coupons. Prices are also higher than other locations.
